Welcome to Château La Castille !

Château La Castille is located on the Côte d’Azur, halfway between Marseille and Saint-Tropez.

If you are coming by car :
- from Toulon, take the A57. Exit at 6-La Farlède toward La Crau. Merge onto D554. You will find the Domaine de La Castille 1 mile further on the left.
- from Saint-Tropez, take D98 to Hyères. Merge to the D554, just beyond La Crau, towards La Farlède. You will find the Domaine de La Castille on the right.

Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, Syrah, Vermentino, Cabernet, Ugni Blanc... 15 different grape varietals share the limestone and calcareous soils to produce fresh and sunny rosés, fruity and radiant red wines, crisp and flavoured white wines

Château La Castille offers visitors a magnificent Provencial landscape. Once you have crossed the Gapeau river on a picturesque stone bridge, you will discover at the end of the century-old plane-trees alley, the 18th Century Château surrounded by its 160 hectares vineyard, including a large part in Côtes de Provence.

This place is unique. Bequeathed by the Aubert family to the Church of Fréjus-Toulon in the 1920s, it combines the professional savoir-faire of vine and wine, with the mission of reception and Evangelism.

It is above all a place of spiritual training and Hospitality : the area is home to the Diocesan Seminary and 60 seminarians from all continents and brotherhoods, a missionary or pastoral training institute, with the diocesan library, and a home for retired priests.

La Castille is also a hotel that can provide accommodation and catering for groups, families, tourists or people passing by.

Rooms are available for meetings, retreats or festive events. The Domain also has a permanent tent with a seating capacity for over 1,000 people ; fully equipped for celebrations, ceremonies, concerts, receptions, exhibitions and conferences.

We invite you to discover and explore the grand domain and it’s products : rosé, red, and white wines, AOP Côtes de Provence, Vin de Pays, festive wine ; there is something for all tastes and all occasions.

Welcome to the Lord’s vineyard !
